The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for August 3rd. They usually pick up recyclables much earlier than the trash pickup so be sure to put your recyclables early.
 

The 2026 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Our Waste Management trash pickup days are Mondays. They usually arrive around noon. Lately they have been coming earlier, sometimes as early as 9:00 am. We suggest putting you trash out on Sunday night in a trash container and not in bags. 

Nicholson Landscaping will begin trimming all original Association plantings on July 13th. Any additional plantings are owner responsibility.

New Board meeting minutes from 4/27 are now available for viewing and/or download on the Document Downloads page. The last minutes will be removed from the page.

The first window cleaning of the year for all buildings was completed last week.

The list of driveways scheduled for sealing has been forwarded to Superior Asphalt. One of their representatives will soon inspecting those driveways and prepare the estimate.
