Welcome to North Point

Nicholson Landscaping was unable to complete the final leaf collection last year due to an early snowfall. The final collection has now been done along with clearing all the downed trees, branches and limbs from a recent wind storm. This was a massive job and was done quickly. We are fortunate to contract with such a professional company. The regular spring cleaning of North Point will be forthcoming. Shrubbery will be trimmed, new mulch applied, windows washed, pest spraying applied, and grass fertilized. 

The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for April 6th. They usually pick up recyclables much earlier than the trash pickup so be sure to put your recyclables early.
 

The 2026 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Our Waste Management trash pickup days are Mondays. They usually arrive around noon. Lately they have been coming earlier, sometimes as early as 9:00 am. We suggest putting you trash out on Sunday night in a trash container and not in bags. 

New Board meeting minutes from 12/1 are now available for viewing and/or download on the Document Downloads page. The last minutes will be removed from the page.

The Treasurer has completed the 2025 Year End Financial Report. The report has been distributed to each condominium. It is a complete accounting of our finances and expenditures. Residents can see where their monies are spent and the cost of running North Point. The Board continues a policy of complete transparency of finances. It will not be published in a public forum like this website.
