If you have heard the owls at night for the last few months, you are not alone. They are Barred owls and have been        photographed by Dave Porada along with other large birds in North Point. Dave describes the first picture as an            adult and it is the one making the longer calls. The second picture is a juvenile, probably last year's. The third                picture is an eagle. The fourth picture is the eagle being harassed by a Coopers hawk. All the pictures were taken          behind his condo. Thanks Dave for the pictures and descriptions.

Landscape Personnel

With Spring time here, our landscaping contractor will have his crew here often. Please refrain from engaging his crew members in conversation about your concerns, suggestions, or complaints. They not only cannot remedy your concerns, but they are getting an hourly wage for actually doing company business. Please pass your inquiries to the Board and we will contact the owner who can actually answer them. Often times they are performing extra work which is outside the contract in which we are getting billed for their work on a man hour basis. Also, on hot days, feel free to offer the workers water for the purpose of personal refreshment. They are very good workers and acts of kindness are always appreciated.
